What does the money from my investment go towards?
The Trailer Fee ($30,000) goes towards getting a fully equipped trailer with wraps/decals with our branding and commercial equipment to prepare our products. The Licensing Fee ($20,000) goes towards initial inventory, operating permits and licenses, local marketing/advertising budget, hiring and training budget, event booking fees.
What do Limited Partners get after the investment?
As a Limited Partner, you would receive dividends each month in the amount of 50% of the net profit from your unit(s). You also will receive a monthly financial report as well as updates on the ongoing operations. The Limited Partner is NOT responsible for any further expenses for their unit(s).
Where does a Red Trailer units operate?
Our operations are typically best suited for all different types of events. Whether that is festivals, concerts, sporting events, theme parks, or anything of that matter. While not at events, we also find spots to set in high-traffic areas or in partnership with existing businesses to continue selling and bringing in revenue when there are not events to attend. We also find spots that we are able to set up drive-thrus in so that we can continue to serve customers through poor weather or any other circumstances in order for them not to have to leave their vehicle.
How long will it be before I start getting dividends after I become a Limited partner?
Dividends pay out on the first business day of each month. After the date of investment, the max amount of time it will take before your investment is 90 days, with the minimum being 30 days.
What type of ROI should I expect to get on this investment?
While we cannot guarantee any ROI on this investment, there is potential for consistent passive Income and a great ROI with our monthly dividends. Limited Partners can earn $500-$2,000 or more per month on average for each unit depending on the market and events for their unit(s). Monthly earnings typically vary from month to month due to circumstances such as weather.
