OUR STORY

Red Trailer was founded by GM chemical engineer John Auten and his wife Kathy who was an elementary school teacher. Originally known as Classic Cones, Red Trailer began when John had his 30+ year pension fund pulled completely on the brink of retirement.

The decision was made by John and Kathy to start their own food trailer business primarily selling sno-cones and eventually developing their prized Lemon Shake-up recipe. Their core values included providing the highest quality service with a genuine smile and love. While also guaranteeing the products in order to always provide great value for customers.

Following John's passing in 2022, his grandson Connor and friend Sean began building on his legacy by expanding the business and bringing his delicious lemon shake-ups to people all over the world. To this day, Red Trailer operates under the same core values as well as a devotion to spreading the Kingdom of God and bringing the good word to all that will hear it.
